The Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) is scheduled to organise the high school graduation exam in two phases if the COVID-19 epidemic develops in a complicated manner, in which the first phase will take place on July 7-8 as planned while the second phase will be held for F0, F1, F2 candidates in isolated areas.

Director of the Quality Management Department under the MoET Mai Van Trinh said on June 6 that in recenttimes, the MoET and localities have been actively preparing the organisation of the high school graduation exam in accordance with the set plan.

Accordingly, the first phase is scheduled to be held from June 7-8 for safe places and localities.

The MoET will together with localities organise the second phase of the exam for F0, F1, F2 candidates in places that must still implement blockades or social distancing according to the Directive of the Prime Minister to prevent the COVID-19 epidemic.

The MoET also urged localities to continue to actively grasp the situation of the COVID-19 epidemic in the locality, especially the screening of candidates who will take the upcoming exam, as well as to be ready with proactive solutions to ensure epidemic prevention measures to best prepare for the exam.
