Engagement as a Virtual Attendee

Live-streamed sessions will feature a “chat” function where virtual and in-person attendees can share information and insights, as well as post questions that will be shared with the presenter on the ground in Aurora, CO as time allows.

FEES AND DEADLINES

Virtual Annual Meeting Fees:

• AACRAO Members: $495 (through February 15, 2023)
• Non-Members: $645 (through February 15, 2023)

Fees increase by $100 on February 16, 2023.

Registrants may switch from an in-person registration to a virtual registration. Email meetings@aacrao.org to request a change of registration type.

• On or Before January 26, 2023: no penalty for change; refund in the difference of fees given
• January 27 - March 1, 2023: refund in the difference of fees given minus a $150 administrative fee
• After March 2, 2023: No refund in the difference of fees given

On-Demand Access

Live-streamed sessions (30+) will be recorded and available on-demand for virtual meeting attendees for sixty days following the 108^th AACRAO Annual Meeting.  Plenary sessions will be available for thirty days.

Registration for the Virtual Annual Meeting is required for access to all live-streamed and recorded content.

Virtual-only registration is not available for individuals not affiliated with a college or university. Registrations will be reviewed periodically by AACRAO staff. Non-institutional registrations will be notified of the requirement to register for the full conference. Failure to register for the full conference by non-institutional attendees will result in the cancelation of their virtual registration.
