    Take a journey through the "what" and "how" of the the registrar's office, and gain the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful now and in future supervisory roles. A significant portion of the workshop, led by AACRAO Senior Fellow LeRoy Rooker, is dedicated to understanding and applying FERPA. This workshop is for those who have been in a registrar-related position for less than three years.
