Registration Fees

The AACRAO Annual Meeting has a variety of registration options. Attend the full conference, choose one day, or find special options for student and first-time attendee minority members. An option for virtual attendance will not be offered for the 111th AACRAO Annual Meeting.

Scholarships and grants are available for attending the Annual Meeting; the deadline for applications is December 31, 2025.

Member Fees
These fees apply if you are employed by an AACRAO member institution. If you were not previously an AACRAO roster member but are employed by an AACRAO member institution, purchasing a ticket for the AACRAO Annual Meeting will automatically add you to your institution's member roster. If you wish to attend the Annual Meeting but do not wish to become an AACRAO member or have questions about AACRAO membership, contact membership@aacrao.org.

Non-Member Fees
These fees apply if you are not employed by an AACRAO member institution. If you wish to learn more about becoming an AACRAO member institution, contact membership@aacrao.org.

Corporate Fees
These fees apply if you are affiliated with a company or organization that sells products or services to AACRAO membership. Contact corporates@aacrao.org.

  • Refunds & Substitutions
    Refunds & Substitutions

    All changes, substitutions, and cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to meetings@aacrao.org. There is no penalty if the substitute works at the same institution as the original registrant. Membership status will be verified and additional fees assessed as appropriate.

    Cancellation and Refund Deadlines for the Annual Meeting
    Refund requests will be considered based on the following deadlines. Refunds will be credited in the manner paid. Allow up to 30 days after the meeting to receive your refund.

    • On or Before February 20, 2026: no penalty for cancellation; refund given
    • On February 21 - March 20, 2026: refund given minus a $200 administrative fee
    • On or After March 21, 2026: No refunds of any fees paid
