AACRAO 109th Annual Meeting Hotels
Each of the hotels below is a short walk from the Greater Columbus Convention Center; they are all conveniently connected via skywalk.
AACRAO has a contracted block of rooms with each property. The group rate is subject to availability within the contracted block and the blocks are expected to sell out before the priority reservation deadline of March 15, 2024. We strongly encourage making hotel reservations early.

- Ground Transportation to the Greater Columbus Convention Center

Airport Shuttle: Shuttle service from the airport to the convention center is not provided by the contracted meeting hotels. Individuals may arrange private shuttle or limo services from airports at their own risk.
COTA Bus: COTA bus line 7 MT VERNON from
John Glenn International’s terminal. A single trip fare is a one-way trip paid with cash or a valid trip ticket. Operators carry no cash, so you’ll want to have exact fare, a trip ticket, or valid pass to ride. Regular fare
for Standard and Frequent trips is $2. Check operating hours for specific details. Click

Taxis and pick-up locations for
ridesharing services are available at John Glenn International on the ground transportation level of the terminal 24 hours a day.

Deadline for Cancellations: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate and dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, call the
hotel directly.
Early/Late Departure Fee: 100%. One night room + tax, Modifications accepted up until the time of check-in. A 50% room rate will be applied for guests checking out from 2:00 -4:00 pm, and the full rate will be applied after 4:00 pm

Deadline for Cancellations: For a full refund, reservations must be canceled three working days before your arrival, and a cancellation number must be obtained from the hotel. If a cancellation occurs after this deadline, a processing
fee of one night’s room and tax will be imposed on each reservation canceled.
Early Departure Fee: In the event a guest checks out before the reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge an early check-out fee. To avoid the fee, advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in departure date.
