Airport Shuttle: An airport shuttle from the Denver airport to the Gaylord Rockies is not available. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle between the hotel and the "61st and Pena Station" of the Denver RTD Lightrail system.
Lightrail: The RTD Train can be
accessed from the Denver International Airport (DIA). Follow signs to the Transit Center and proceed to the south exit on level 5, exit the terminal through the sliding glass doors and take the escalator located in the center of the plaza
down to level 1. Tickets for the A line train can be purchased at the kiosk, and the train departs every 15 minutes. The Gaylord is located 2.9 miles from the first stop, the 61st and Pena station. The free shuttle to the Gaylord runs
approximately every 30 minutes. A one-way ticket from the airport to the "61st and Pena Station" is $10.50.
Taxis can be hailed from DIA on Island 1 from doors 505, 507, and 511 on the east side and doors 506, 510, and 512 on the west side.
Lyft and Uber pick-up is on Level 6 of DIA near
doors 615, and 617 on the east side and doors 600, and 602 on the west side.
Self-Parking: available for guests of the Gaylord Rockies. On-site parking fee: $29 daily, plus tax, per day Valet parking fee:
$39 USD daily, plus tax, per day. In and out privileges are for overnight guests only.

Reservation Deposit: All reservation requests will require a valid credit card as a guarantee or a one-night deposit. The hotel will require a credit card at check-in for an amenities hold.
Deadline for Cancellations: For a full refund, reservations must be canceled three working days before your arrival, and a cancellation number must be obtained from the hotel. If a cancellation occurs after this deadline, a processing
fee of one night’s room and tax will be imposed on each reservation canceled.
Early Departure Fee: In the event a guest checks out before the reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge an early check-out fee. To avoid the fee, advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in departure date.
