Come Home to the Annual Meeting

The AACRAO Annual Meeting is the association’s flagship gathering and the broadest professional learning event for AACRAO members. It is where the community comes together to share ideas, learn from peers, explore emerging trends, and belong to something larger than your campus.


For over 100 years, higher education professionals have come together across records and registration, admissions, enrollment management, transfer, international education, student success, and more. This long-running meeting welcomes both new and experienced professionals.


Some are here for the first time, stepping up from a regional or state conference into the full breadth of the profession. Others have been coming for years, returning to colleagues who feel more like peers than contacts, and sessions that still manage to surprise them.
If this is your first time, you’ll find the field is bigger and more welcoming than you expected. If you’ve been before, you already know why you’re coming back.

Registration will open in early December, 2026.
