Christopher has been a member of AACRAO since 1995. He was appointed SEM-EP Assistant Director in June 2016. He currently serves as Director of Admissions & Recruiting for Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan. He earned his doctor of education in educational leadership from the University of Michigan in 2014. He also has a post master’s certificate in enrollment management from Capella University.

Christopher has conducted national research on certifications in the fields of enrollment management, college admissions counseling, financial aid, and college access.

Christopher has extensive involvement in AACRAO. Currently, he also serves as Editor in Chief for College & University journal and an online instructor for the Managing the Admissions Office course. Christopher has presented at more than 15 AACRAO-related conferences and has published professional articles in several journals.

Kimberley has been a member of AACRAO since 1996. She currently serves as Associate Provost for Enrollment Management at the University of May Washington. Buster-Williams has more than two decades of experience in higher education, including senior administrative assignments at Northern Illinois University and the University of Michigan-Flint.

Buster-Williams earned an Ed.S. degree in Higher Education Administration, a master's degree in Education Administration, and a bachelor's degree in English, all from Old Dominion University. She also has a postmaster's certificate in leadership from the University of Michigan's Center for the Education of Women.

Kimberely's background includes extensive work in strategic planning, enrollment management in the academic context, access and diversity, branding/marketing, and assessment. Kimberley has published over 20 articles in several academic journals and has presented at AACRAO related conferences. Recent presentations include "We check More Than One Racial Category... Are You Ready for Us?" (College Board Southern Regional Forum, February 2016) and "The Future of Women in Higher Education Leadership" (College Board Southern Regional Forum-Pre-conference session, February 2016).
