SEM-EP Evaluators work to assist in the running of the SEM-EP program. Reviewing and critically engaging with student work, Evaluators are responsible for providing feedback on student submissions based on an established rubric. New Evaluators are onboarded once a year and generally commit about 2 hours per month. Drawn from a pool of subject matter experts SEM-EP Evaluators provide essential support and feedback for the program.
Evaluator Role/Responsibilities include:
- Review and provide feedback on Field Visit Reports using an established rubric.
- Review and provide feedback on Webinar Reports using an established rubric.
- Review and provide feedback on Capstone Projects using an
established rubric.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a master’s degree. Specialist or doctorate degree preferred.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in enrollment management.
- Experience teaching at the college level is preferred, but not necessary.
