About AACRAO's Executive Team
Gottlieb was named Executive Director in February 2022, after a one-year term as Interim Executive Director and nearly six years as the Deputy Director. She came to the national office with 18 years as an AACRAO member, with experience in Records & Registration, Enrollment Management
and International Recruitment and Credential Evaluation.
Quintina became the Associate Executive Director, Strategy and Planning in July 2022. Prior to that, she served as Director, Marketing and Communication. She also works with organizations around the country to uncover insights using qualitative methods
in order to build cultures and climates for innovation in higher education and workforce development.
Quintina holds an MS in Mass Communication – Communication Strategy from Virginia Commonwealth University, a BS in Business Administration
from Washington & Lee University as well as a Digital Marketing certification from Georgetown University.
Tina joined AACRAO as Associate Executive Director of Meetings and Partnerships in 2019 after serving as university registrar at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Before joining the Association's executive staff, she held a variety of positions
at several institutions and was an active AACRAO member.
Tina holds an EdD in Higher Education Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an MS, Community and Public Health from Austin Peay State University.
