Operations Division Martha Henebry is the executive lead for operations and membership at AACRAO where she oversees member acquisition and retention, renewals, and systems management and implementation. She also coordinates the association's information technology, accounting, and human resources departments to ensure an efficient and compliant process. She has over 35 years of broad business experience in for-profit and nonprofit organizations, approximately 27 years in the U.S. and 8 years in Ireland. The vast majority of her work in the U.S. has been in non-profit higher education associations. Prior to AACRAO, she worked at the Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities (APLU). Martha completed her primary and secondary education in Ireland and has a MBA from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.
