Three Easy Ways to Register

• Online

  Pay with a credit card and register online. When possible, we encourage online registration.

  • AACRAO Members
    To register online, log-in using your AACRAO account.

  • Non-Members
    You must create an account prior to registering online.

  Members and previous meeting attendees may login with AACRAO Community Credentials. Nonmembers will need to create an account.

• By Fax

  We do not guarantee processing for faxed registration forms received after July 7, 2022. When possible, we encourage online registration.

  Fax a completed paper registration form to (202) 872-8857. Please include a copy of the check or money order you're mailing in with your faxed registration form (registrations will be not be processed until payment is received).

  When sending a paper check or money order in the mail:

  • We strongly encourage contacting membership@aacrao.org to verify the membership status of registrants.
  • Funds must be in US dollars.
  • Checks or money orders should be made payable to AACRAO
  • Please include the name(s) of the registrant(s) on the memo line of the check or money order.

  Enclose a printed copy of your faxed registration form with your check or money order. Mail a copy of your faxed completed registration form and payment to:

  If you are wiring funds to AACRAO, include a memo with the names of the registrant(s) and the Technology & Transfer Summit.

• Meeting Fee

  AACRAO Member Registration:  Regular $399 | Day-Of $449
  Non-Member Registration:  Regular $499 | Day-Of $549
  Corporate Member Registration: $499 (Not Presenting or Sponsoring)
  Corporate Non-Member Registration: $599 (Not Presenting or Sponsoring)
  
  Presenters and full-time students receive a 50% discount for the 2022 Technology & Transfer Summit.  Contact meetings@aacrao.org for more information.

• Registration

  Your AACRAO Technology & Transfer Summit registration fee includes:

  • Three days of live-stream plenaries, breakout sessions, and small group discussions
  • Session handouts

  Registration Deadlines

• • Regular Registration: June 18 - July 11, 2022
  • Day-Of Registration: July 12-14

  Paper registrations must be faxed or postmarked by the deadline date to qualify for the registration rate.  We cannot guarantee processing of paper registrations mailed after June 24 or faxed registrations received after July 7. Online registration is encouraged.

  To qualify for the member rate, the registrant must be a paid member on an active AACRAO membership roster (institutional, affiliate, corporate, organizational, or individual).  Contact membership@aacrao.org for more information.

• Non-Institutional Participants

  Exhibitors, sponsors, and/or corporate presenters and anyone not affiliated with a college or university should contact corporates@aacrao.org for information about registering for the Technology & Transfer Summit.

  Corporate Member Registration: $499
  Corporate Non-Member Registration: $599

  Companies/organizations not exhibiting, sponsoring, or delivering a corporate presentation must register under the Corporate Member/Nonmember category.  If necessary, AACRAO will review and reclassify your registration, which may dictate a higher fee.  For information about becoming a Corporate Member, contact corporates@aacrao.org.

• Payment

  Paper registrations MUST be accompanied by a check or money order. Funds must be in US dollars. Checks or money orders should be made payable to AACRAO.  Please include the name(s) of the registrant(s) on the memo line of the check or money order.
  
  For accounting purposes, the AACRAO Federal Tax ID number is 52-2274900. Forms received without payment will not be processed.

• Substitutions, Cancellations, and Refunds

  Substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to meetings@aacrao.org.  Substitutions may be made without penalty, however, membership of the attendee will be considered regarding fees.  If a non-member is substituted for a registrant who paid the member fee, the difference in fees will be required.
  
  Deadlines for a refund of Technology & Transfer Summit registration fees:

  • By June 14, 2022 -- full refund
  • From June 15 to July 11, 2022 -- refund minus a $50 processing fee
  • After July 11, 2022 -- No refund
  • No-shows will not receive refunds of any fees paid

  If a meeting is canceled, registrants will be notified in advance. The terms and conditions above will apply even if they are not printed on the registration form.

  If you require an accommodation to fully participate, please email a description of your requirements by July 5 to meetings@aacrao.org
