Registration Information

  • Registration Fees

    Your AACRAO SEM Conference registration fee includes:

    • Keynote speakers, breakout sessions, workshops, small group discussions, and more
    • Access to session recordings after the meeting
    • Digital session handouts
    • Social and networking opportunities


      Deadlines
      Registrations must be completed online, faxed or postmarked by Tuesday, October 27 to qualify for the early bird registration rate.

      Fees

      • To qualify for the member rate, the registrant must be a named roster member of a member institution, a corporate partner, organizational member, or an individual member.
      • Presenters registering for complimentary or discounted registrations require pre-approval from the Conference Director and AACRAO Office.
      • The SEM Institute (preconference workshop) requires an additional fee.
      • Due to the nature of this event, guest tickets/registration are not available. Professional colleagues are expected to register for the conference; no sharing of passwords is permitted.
  • Payment

    Registrations MUST be accompanied by check, money order, or credit card charging authorization. Funds must be in US dollars. Checks or money orders should be made payable to AACRAO (purchase orders will not be accepted). Payments via check must be received by Friday, October 16. Forms received without payment will not be processed. For accounting purposes, the AACRAO Federal Tax ID number is 52-2274900.

  • Confirmations

    Confirmations will be sent via email to registrants within one week of receipt.  An email address is required to complete registration.  All communication about this conference will be sent via email.

  • Substitutions, Cancellations, and Refunds

    All changes, substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to aacraosem@maritz.com. There is no penalty if the substitute works at the same institution as the original registrant. Membership status will be verified and additional fees assessed as appropriate.

    Cancellation and Refund Deadlines
    Due to extenuating circumstances facing campuses, AACRAO has extended the deadline for full refunds of conference and workshop registration fees and removed the associated penalties. Refunds will be credited in the manner paid. Allow up to 30 days after the meeting to receive your refund.

    • On or Before October 2: No penalty for cancellation
    • After October 2: No refund for cancellation
    • No-shows: No refunds of any fees paid


    If a meeting is canceled, registrants will be notified in advance. These terms and conditions will apply even if they are not printed on the registration form itself.
