AACRAO relies on member volunteers to support the mission and strategic plan for the organization. As current practitioners in the registrar, admissions and enrollment management professions, our members apply best practices, develop new ways of thinking
about and doing our work, and identify strategies for success on campuses.
Through work groups AACRAO has provided guidance to its membership on trending topics including transfer initiatives, disciplinary notations on transcripts, and gender identity. These reports are invaluable to maintaining the integrity of our members’ day-to-day work and keeping them up-to-date on best practices. When AACRAO is looking to provide guidance on emerging topics, member volunteers are needed to lead these initiatives.
Our AACRAO Podcasts Admit It and For the Record serve to educate, entertain, and enlighten higher education professionals interested in admissions, registration, and enrollment management. We encourage anyone interested in hosting a podcast focused on higher education to reach out and let us know.
