Upcoming webinars

Tuesday, November 222-3PM ET

An understanding of common practices for maintaining gender identity, designated pronouns, and preferred names in enrollment services, independent of ERP solutions. The discussion will focus on examples within Higher Education and the overall policies that govern these processes. In addition an emphasis will be placed on the larger context of effective academic records management in creating an overall culture of inclusion.

Increased financial aid regulations are driving academic and student process requirement changes, which requires student services departments to collaborate. Loma Linda University will address three ways the offices of University Records and Financial Aid have collaborated for the benefit of the institution and the student: (1) enrollment reporting, (2) non-term registration, and (3) program withdrawal. Come hear the process of working together and creating a system that is compliant with regulation requirements and beneficial for the student.

Webinars provide a great professional development opportunity -- both to those who attend and those who present. Are you or someone you know interested in presenting? Email Kess Knight at knightk@aacrao.org to discuss further.
