The challenges of the global pandemic spurred Cambridge Assessment to leverage its strengths—a large, global education network, deep assessment expertise, and robust curriculum—to deliver exams, services, and student data with greater flexibility and speed. While the restrictions of the pandemic drove the improvements, they will continue to benefit students and schools in the future.

As a worldwide, not-for-profit education organization, Cambridge Assessment, a part of the University of Cambridge, provides world-class assessments and education programs that give learners the confidence to demonstrate and fulfill their potential.

Cambridge International and Cambridge English, departments of Cambridge Assessment, are collaborating in North America to provide colleges and universities, along with our schools and students, with easy online access to student data. Cambridge International recently worked with the Common Application to ensure full and fair representation of our exams. As a result, the growing population of U.S. Cambridge students can now demonstrate their hard work and accomplishments when they apply with the Common App.

Cambridge International’s recent online offerings include an online transcript sending service for U.S. students who take Cambridge Advanced AS & A Level exams; online transcript delivery for U.S. higher education; and new online resources to help U.S. colleges and universities assess Cambridge students.

Cambridge English Qualifications for higher education are the most rigorous and longest established English proficiency examinations in the world. However, unlike other proficiency exams, Cambridge does not offer an on-demand option. Rather, they are designed to be incorporated into English curricula at schools around the world to confirm learning outcomes of English courses. In addition, Cambridge English certifications don’t expire and are on par with credentials such as Cambridge International AS & A Level courses and exams.

Millions of students in the U.S. and around the world apply to higher education with qualifications from Cambridge English and Cambridge International each year, and we are dedicated to supporting them and the institutions they attend.

Join us to hear about the new, sustainable policies and services Cambridge International and Cambridge English have implemented for U.S. colleges and universities.
