SEM Team Experience
Collaboration is integral to implementing successful SEM strategies at any institution. Gather your colleagues and bring key SEM concepts back to share on your campus.
Participants in this year's SEM Team Experience will benefit from:

- An assigned senior SEM expert for the duration of the conference
- Select team networking and learning opportunities
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE SEM TEAM EXPERIENCE, WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF FOUR PARTICIPANTS FROM EACH INSTITUTION. ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST BE REGISTERED BY FRIDAY, OCTOBER 11.
SEM Team Experience Deadlines
To be eligible for the SEM Team Experience, interested groups must adhere to the deadlines and schedule below.
October 11, 2019: All team members must be registered for the SEM Conference to be eligible for selection to the program. Remember, it takes at least four members from the same institution to qualify as a team and ALL members must be registered and paid by this date.
Week of October 14, 2019: Registration roster reviewed and institutions with four or more registrations invited to the Team Experience; completion of a team experience
survey required (the invitation will include a link to the survey). Surveys must be completed by Friday, October 18 for teams to be eligible to participate.
Week of October 21, 2019: Teams reviewed and matched
to coaches based upon institutional characteristics and survey responses. Teams notified of coaching matches. Your mentor, a senior SEM expert, will gather background information and determine team goals in order to help you build a customized
SEM experience for your team.
WHILE MOST INSTITUTIONS THAT SEND FOUR OR MORE PEOPLE TO THE CONFERENCE TEND TO PARTICIPATE, SOME INSTITUTIONS ELECT NOT TO PARTAKE IN THE TEAM EXPERIENCE.
