Change is often difficult and is sometimes forced upon us when we least expect it; now is one of those times. Higher education is being forced to change at an unprecedented speed and scope in response to COVID-19.
The ability to manage change is an AACRAO Professional Competency for all higher education professionals. As such, we approached the research presented in this webinar with a goal of gaining an understanding of individual and institutional experiences managing change in higher education.
