To ensure that AACRAO develops an impactful curriculum for this new leadership development program, we are asking for interested individuals to apply to be a part of the AACRAO LEAD Curriculum Development Work Group. This work group of 8-10 diverse individuals of executive, senior and mid-level position levels in enrollment management will design a curriculum to prepare the mid-level enrollment management professional to take the next step in leadership. The curriculum design will incorporate the AACRAO Professional Competencies and Proficiencies as much as possible.
