The purpose of the June 2015 60 Second Survey was to gain a snapshot understanding of if and how institutions attempt to manage data quality.

The purpose of the June 2015 60 Second Survey was to gain a snapshot understanding of if and how institutions attempt to manage data quality. With the understanding that data quality practices (DQPs) may vary across departments within the same institution, this survey asked respondents to indicate their department. Of the 874 usable responses, 79 institutions submitted surveys from more than one department.

The enrollment value used to delineate the institution's size category is defined as full-time enrollment plus 1/3 of part-time enrollment and is based on the enrollment reported by the institution to the U.S. Department of Education's National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).
