Molly McDermott Fallon

Molly McDermott-Fallon is the Assistant Vice Provost and University Registrar at the University of Cincinnati, where she leads a large, technology-forward Registrar’s Office focused on academic policy, data integrity, compliance, and student-centered process design. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education administration, she has overseen institution-wide initiatives spanning registration, academic records, degree certification, SIS governance, and cross-campus policy implementation.

Molly holds a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Cincinnati, along with bachelor’s degrees in Organizational Leadership and Marketing. She is deeply engaged in professional service with AACRAO and state and regional associations and is a frequent presenter and facilitator on topics including registrar leadership, credential innovation, crisis management, and mentorship.
