LesLee Clauson Eicher

Assistant Director for Graduate International Admissions at Seattle University

LesLee Clauson Eicher is the Assistant Director for Graduate International Admissions at Seattle University and an expert in international credential evaluation and admissions training. She began her international engagement as an undergraduate studying abroad in Munich and later earned a graduate degree in German Philology. She also served as a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant in Austria.

LesLee has held leadership roles in international credential evaluation at the University of Maryland, College Park, several international credential evaluation agencies, and at AACRAO, where she evaluated credentials, developed professional development programs, and delivered training to higher education professionals worldwide. She is a contributor to leading publications in the field, including The AACRAO International Guide, AACRAO EDGE, and NAFSA’s Guide to Educational Systems Around the World, and currently serves on AACRAO’s International Education Standards Council. Her work has been recognized with the 2020 IERF Sepmeyer Award for Excellence in Credential Evaluation Research and the 2024 AACRAO Award for Excellence in International Education. She is also a past president of TAICEP.
