Frank has over 35 years of experience in higher education, with 26 years at Franklin University. As University Registrar, he oversees academic records which include curriculum and scheduling, degree audit systems and transforming the department's focus to student success through transfer credit and graduation support.
Frank has held various roles in OACRAO, including President in 2009, VP Mentoring and Membership, 3-time Co-Chair of the LAC, member of the bylaws, fiscal, scholarship and records & registration committee. A respected professional, Frank, regularly attends and presents at AACRAO meetings. He was a member of the membership and mentoring committee and recently attended his first AACRAO SEM meeting. He serves on the ODHE Transfer and Technology committee and represents the provost at state meetings. He is a published author in the Transfer Handbook of AACRAO
Frank holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from West Liberty University and an MBA from Wheeling University.
