Mr. Brian Bates is a senor evaluator at GCE West. Recently the Vice President for Admissions and Student Affairs at the prestigious Thunderbird, The Gavin School of International Management. Mr. Bates is a recognized expert in credential evaluations. He has held leadership positions in AACRAO (American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers) and NAFSA ( Association of International Educators), of which Mr. Bates is a life member.
