This is an open discussion for individuals to discuss successful staff training strategies, techniques, activities, etc. that they have utilized to help with the onboarding and general training for new and current staff. This discussion includes full-time staff, student staff, and part-time staff.

- What are some resources outside of your institution that you utilize to help with the training of staff?
- How much time do you typically spend on training new staff members?
- What type of training and professional development do you utilize for current staff members?
