Open to all AACRAO members, this regularly held Zoom is an opportunity to connect, exchange, and commune. A member moderator will help to foster an open space for AACRAO members to discuss whatever is on their minds as it relates to that month's discussion topic.

Leah McCormack, NAIA, VP of Eligibility Services & Business Development
Leah McCormack, a trailblazer in the field of registrars and international admissions, joined the NAIA in 2010 as the Manager of Eligibility, contributing significantly to the establishment of the Eligibility Center. Her pivotal role included crafting policies and overseeing international eligibility. Leah authored the NAIA International Standards in 2012 and launched InCred in 2014, a specialized credential evaluation service aiding NAIA and NJCAA admissions directors. Rising to the Director of the NAIA Eligibility Center in 2014, she later became Vice President of Eligibility Services in 2017, managing daily operations and leading a team of 14 full-time and 30 seasonal members. Beyond her NAIA role, Leah is an active member of AACRAO, contributing through various roles, including chairing committees and presenting on international student-athlete topics, most recently serving as the Community and Content Facilitator (CCF). With an MBA focused on managing and leading people, Leah is an emerging leader dedicated to enhancing higher education.

This month's collective will focus on international admissions. Leah will lead a discussion on reviewing international credentials, especially focusing on what factors help an institution decide whether do to international credential evaluation in-house or outsource it to a third-party.
