Five Exceptional Sessions Recognized by the National Student Clearinghouse Research Center at the AACRAO SEM Conference

Research honored to achieve enrollment management goals and metrics

WASHINGTON, D.C. (December 6, 2022) – Five exceptional sessions were awarded The National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) Research Center SEM Research Track honor at the 2022 AACRAO Strategic Enrollment Management Conference from November 13 - 16 in Toronto, Ontario.

Strategic enrollment management (SEM) is a campus-wide framework that supports institutional enrollment goals by enhancing student access to and success in higher education, best business practices, and comprehensive institutional planning. SEM underscores the importance of data-driven decision-making models, which is why AACRAO and the NSC Research Center partner to highlight SEM Conference sessions focusing on the use of research to achieve enrollment management goals and metrics.

The National Student Clearinghouse Research Center is proud to be able to partner with AACRAO in recognizing the outstanding work of the 2022 award winners. Their presentations showcase the highest levels of research using student-level data that helps to further the field of strategic enrollment management. Their work is not only innovative and exemplary, but also of great value to the profession. - Doug Shapiro, National Student Clearinghouse
