Dr. Lofaro earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Leadership, Management, and Policy from Seton Hall University in 2021. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from Seton Hall University in Diplomacy and International Relations, as well as a Master of Public and International Affairs degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
