He brings vast organizational, operational, policy, and system experience for student life-cycle management including records, advising, curriculum, graduate education, financial services, admissions, and systems. He has exceptional ability to understand campus culture, align resources, optimize organizational design/operations, and leverage systems for improved service, outcomes, and efficiency.
