Erin Finn currently serves as the Senior Associate Provost for Enrollment Management at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Formerly, Finn held the positions of assistant vice president at Drexel University in Philadelphia and dean of enrollment management at Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. In addition to work in enrollment management, Finn has taught undergraduate and graduate presentation skills courses at La Salle University in Philadelphia and a graduate-level enrollment management and marketing course at Drexel University. In the course of 23 years in enrollment management, Finn has participated in and conducted organizational design projects of varying scope and complexity within a diversity of organizations. Finn earned a bachelor of arts in English from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and a master of arts in Professional Communication from La Salle University in Philadelphia; she also earned a certificate in Leadership in Enrollment Management from the University of Southern California’s Rossier School of Education.
