If you accept your nomination, complete your nominee profile, including your personal statement. Think of this as a digital resume and cover letter, where you can display your professional and volunteer accomplishments. This step must be completed by July 3, 2026
The Nominations and Elections Committee will notify you by late August if they select you to stand for election. They will also provide further instructions on how to proceed at that time
Parliamentarian
The Parliamentarian works as an impartial arbiter of the AACRAO Bylaws and Robert’s Rules of Orders, serving as a resource to the President as the business meeting is conducted. This three year term is in place to advise the board and membership during the voting process and ensure that the meeting and votes cast therein proceed accurately and with integrity.
