Luke David Schultheis has been involved in higher education for nearly twenty years as a faculty member, chair, dean, and administrator. Prior to that, he held management roles in the business sector. His focus has been upon target marketing, service delivery, and outcomes. His research interests include access, student success, and issues related to low socioeconomic students in urban settings. Schultheis currently directs the strategic enrollment management division at Virginia Commonwealth University.
