Kevin Pollock, Ph.D., is President of Montgomery County Community College. Dr. Pollock has more than 35 years of education experience. He is a national expert on student success, a frequent national speaker, and authored 18 books and articles. Dr. Pollock holds a Ph.D. in Higher, Adult and Lifelong Education from Michigan State University, an M.A. in Education, and a B.S. in Education from Central Michigan University.

Celeste M. Schwartz, Ph.D., is Vice President for Information Technology and chief digital officer at Montgomery County Community College. Dr. Schwartz is responsible for academic and administrative technology and technology-supported process improvements and oversees Institutional Research. Dr. Schwartz holds an A.A.S. from Montgomery County Community College, a B.S. from St. Joseph’s University, an M.S. in Information Technology from Villanova University, and a Ph.D. in Education from Walden University.

David Buck is General Manager of Ellucian Technology Management. He has 23 years of experience in higher education operations supporting 15 colleges and universities across the Midwest. He is the former chief information officer at St. Clair County Community College. Mr. Buck holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Computer Information Systems.
