Do Our Students Hear Us Above the Noise?

Kimberley P. Collins is the assistant vice president for academic services at Monroe Community College (MCC) in Rochester NY. In her 12 years at the college, she has served as an adjunct faculty member and the assistant to the vice president as well as interim appointments as dean of interdisciplinary programs and vice president for academic services. She was responsible for the enrollment management offices at the college when Noel-Levitz was engaged to consult on the college’s first Strategic Enrollment Management plan. Kimberley has worked in higher education for over 20 years including appointments at public and private four-year institutions in teaching and non-teaching roles. MCC is ranked in the top 25 in the country among community colleges for associate degrees awarded and is part of the State University of New York system.
