He has served as director for seven years and is the 2018-19 President-Elect for NCASFAA. His research interests include minority male mentoring initiatives, first-generation and low-income students, financial aid innovations, business efficiency in higher education, and predictive and prescriptive analytics.

She served previously as assistant director for minority academic services at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Her research interests include business efficiency in higher education, the effects of social media on work environments and predictive forecasting.
