Application of Leadership Challenge Principles to Strategic Enrollment Management: Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership

Jerry Ross currently serves as the Vice President for
Enrollment Management at Marshall University and previously served as the
chief enrollment officer at California State University, Chico. He has three
degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi including Doctor of
Education where he wrote a dissertation on the educational life of Frederick
Douglass. His primary research interests are leadership, strategic planning,
change management in enrollment management, and collaboration with campus
partners.
