The governments of Peru and France, through the Ministry of Education and the French Embassy in Peru, respectively, today signed an inter-institutional agreement that will allow students and teachers of High Performance Schools (COAR) to have access to online classes to study the French language. At the end of the studies, it is intended that teachers and students can opt for the DELF certification (Diplôme d’études en langue française).
