The Assembly Attendee Souvenir recognizes higher education professionals who have attended The Assembly, a conference focused on learning mobility and academic innovation. Earners have engaged with current trends, emerging practices, and professional networks that advance innovation in academic policy, curriculum, and student-facing services. 

Earners of this souvenir will be able to demonstrate a commitment to growth by engaging in professional development opportunities that align with institutional goals, professional standards, and the principles of Learning Mobility. They will be able to identify areas for skill enhancement within enrollment management, registrar services, and admissions, and participate in training that builds core competencies.

Challenge Participant
(Phase I) Souvenir

The Assembly Challenge Participant (Phase I) Souvenir recognizes higher education professionals who completed the time-to-decision data entry during Phase I of the Learning Mobility Challenge. Earners have gained insights into national trends and variations in transfer admissions processes to advance learning mobility. They also analyzed their data against a national benchmark to uncover hidden inefficiencies and bright spots within their operations. 

The earners of this souvenir will be able to collect and report data, including running reports, to support institutional decision-making and strategic planning. They will be able to analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform policy development and operational improvements.

Presenter Souvenir

The Assembly Presenter Souvenir recognizes higher education professionals who have attended The Assembly, a conference focused on learning mobility and academic innovation. Earners have contributed to shaping peer practice while also engaging in structured discussions that challenge and refine the work they lead at their institution. 

Earners of this souvenir will be able to demonstrate ethical behavior and communicate a clear sense of purpose to colleagues related to enrollment management and academic operations. They will be able to act as a catalyst, leading the cutting edge of technology, policy, compliance, and creativity to approach new ways to perform enrollment management and operational functions.

Pod Participant Souvenir

The Assembly Pod Participant Souvenir recognizes higher education professionals who have attended The Assembly, a conference focused on learning mobility and academic innovation. Earners have engaged in facilitated, multi-day collaborative work with peers from other institutions, applying frameworks, data, and practice-based knowledge to a defined problem relevant to their home institution, grounded in the principles of learning mobility. 

Earners of this souvenir participate in regular check-ins and contribute to shared goals, helping maintain alignment and engagement within the project team. They will be able to understand the scope of challenges and the necessary steps required to resolve them.

Pod Facilitator Souvenir

The Assembly Pod Facilitator Souvenir recognizes higher education professionals who have attended The Assembly, a conference focused on learning mobility, its principles, and academic innovation. Earners have engaged with team members respectfully and respond to challenges with accountability, contributing to a positive work environment that values transparency and continuous learning. Additionally, earners set clear expectations, foster a positive and inclusive environment, and align individual efforts with organizational goals. They understand the role of each task and the importance these elements have on the greater outcomes of the unit and the skills necessary to complete the objective successfully.

Earners of this souvenir will be able to foster a culture of collaboration and shared accountability across enrollment management, admissions, and academic operations functions, and manage individual and team performance by onboarding, setting clear expectations, offering timely feedback, and guiding team members through their responsibilities to support the group’s success.
