  • Wednesday, July 16, 2025: 2:00 - 3:00 PM EDT - Tips for Submitting a Proposal to the Annual Meeting Webinar (recording will be available after the webinar)
  • Monday, July 28, 2025: 12:00 - 1:00 PM EDT - Annual Meeting Session Proposal Reviewer Training Webinar (recording will be available after the webinar)
  • Friday, August 15, 2025: 2:00 - 3:00 PM EDT - OpenWater Support "Open Office Hours" (with AACRAO Staff)
  • Thursday, August 28, 2025: 2:00 - 3:00 PM EDT - OpenWater Support "Open Office Hours" (with AACRAO Staff)
  • Thursday, September 11 2025: 2:00 - 3:00 PM EDT - OpenWater Support "Open Office Hours" (with AACRAO Staff)
  • Monday, September 15, 2025 - Deadline for Session Proposals for the 111th AACRAO Annual Meeting 
  • Monday, September 29, 2025 - Deadline for PACs to review session proposals
  • Monday, October 6, 2025 - Deadline for PAC Chairs to submit session proposal rankings to their Program Committee Group Coordinator
  • by Friday October 24, 2025 Session Proposal winners notified via email
  • Wednesday, December 3, 2025 - 2026 Annual Meeting Registration opens
  • Thursday, December 14, 2025 - Deadline for session proposal winners to confirm their intent to present at the 111th AACRAO Annual Meeting
  • Sunday - Wednesday, April 19 - April 22, 2026 - 111th AACRAO Annual Meeting, New Orleans, Louisiana
