Dr. Terrell Strayhorn is Professor of Education and Psychology at Virginia Union University where he also serves as Associate Provost, Interim Dean of the School of Education, Director of Research in the Center for the Study of HBCUs, and Director of the Center for Transcendent Leadership. An internationally recognized scholar, he researches student success, institutional effectiveness, and belonging in education and work settings. Strayhorn is also an author, speaker, and thought leader committed to advancing inclusive excellence across colleges and universities.
