Victor serves as the Associate Registrar at the University of Missouri in Columbia. He has served in the Office of the University Registrar at MU for the past 27 years of his 30+ year career. Current responsibilities include the areas of records, registration, transcripts, diplomas, and residency.
Professional interests include staff development, student retention, and non traditional credit issues. He has been an active member of MACRAO for many years providing presentations and serving in a variety of positions.
Victor holds an Educational Specialist degree in Adult Education from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Education degree from Drury University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography-Urban Planning from Missouri State University.
