Kevin Windholz was appointed vice president of enrollment management at Oklahoma City University in February 2012. In this role, he oversees the offices of graduate and undergraduate admissions, financial aid, and student accounts. Prior to coming to OCU, Windholz held multiple positions in the Office of Admissions at Washburn University in Topeka, KS, from 2001 to 2006, and then served as associate director of admissions at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO, from 2006 to 2012.

Windholz has worked a variety of roles in the enrollment management profession, both administrative and operational. He has been a featured presenter on topics such as electronic admission file review and prospective student search markets at the Great Plains Association for College Admission Counseling, Missouri Association for College Admission Counseling, and ACT conferences. He is a past recipient of the Washburn University Student Life Achievement award. He has also participated in various marketing and enrollment planning committees and served as a freshman seminar instructor at Saint Louis University.

Windholz is originally from northwestern Kansas. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS, and a Master of Liberal Studies from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. He currently lives in Edmond, OK, with his wife, Mindy, and their two sons, Spencer and Aidan.

Jacob Dearmon specializes in macroeconomic development, spatial econometrics and modeling of higher education outcomes. He has published in journals such as Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization and European Journal of Political Economy. His current research stream involves analyzing spatial processes using machine-learning techniques, and he has applied these techniques to real-world issues found in the energy industry. His higher education modeling has resulted in a software system that determines optimal scholarship allocation and tuition amounts. This application currently has a patent pending status. Previously, after obtaining an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering, Dr. Dearmon spent a few years as a consultant developing computer applications for the oil and gas industry.
