This paper examines faculty efforts in student recruitment at a comprehensive regional university. Survey data demonstrate faculty perspectives on practices and barriers regarding recruitment following COVID-19 and institutional constraints. Faculty are increasingly involved in enrollment efforts. Recommendations for supporting faculty, staff, and administrators in recruitment activities are offered.

Megan Brown holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University, an MPP from Johns Hopkins
University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Washington. She is currently an
Assistant Professor of Advocacy and Political Leadership at Metro State
University, where her teaching and research interests focus on the
intersection between labor movement activism and policy change. She serves on
the Strategic Enrollment Management Council at Metro State.

Zarah Moeggenberg holds a B.A. from Aquinas College, an MFA from Northern
Michigan University, and a Ph.D. from Washington State University. She is
currently an Assistant Professor of Technical Communication and Interaction
Design at Metro State University, where her teaching and research interests
include technical communication, medical writing, and queer rhetorics. She
serves on the Enrollment Committee of the Inter-Faculty Organization.
