Graduate schools and offices play a critical role in elevating the quality and impact of individual graduate programs. With a hybrid model of graduate administration, institutions’ and graduate programs’ enrollment needs are identified. Developing a graduate enrollment management plan is challenging, especially with limited prior institutional experience. This paper provides a practical framework for a data-driven graduate enrollment management plan.

Shaimaa Nabil Hassanein - HeadshotShaimaa Nabil Hassanein is the Graduate Programs Assessment Manager at the American University in Cairo, a leading English-language, American-accredited institution of higher education and
center of intellectual, social and cultural life of the Arab world. Hassanein serves in the higher education community as a researcher and a practitioner in the areas of cultural integration, educational leadership and policies, strategic
enrollment management, and data science and analytics. Hassanein holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Faculty of Commerce — English section, Ain Shams University, Egypt. She is an alumna of the master’s degree in applied linguistics
at the American University in Cairo. She recently completed a data visualization nanodegree, and she will pursue her Ph.D. in educational research at Lancaster University, UK, starting in the upcoming January 2021 cohort.
