Dean for Enrollment Management (Vice President)

 

Bryant Group is proud to partner with Wabash College in the search for a strategic and entrepreneurial Dean for Enrollment Management (Vice President).

 

The Dean provides strategic leadership for the College’s enrollment efforts, overseeing the Admissions and Financial Aid Offices to attract, enroll and support a talented and diverse student body. Reporting directly to the President and serving as a member of Senior Staff, this leader plays a key role in shaping institutional enrollment strategy, financial aid planning and student revenue goals. The Dean will lead, mentor and develop a team of eight senior-level staff; develop and execute comprehensive recruitment and financial aid strategies for domestic and international markets; direct the merit and endowed scholarship awarding processes; and analyze enrollment trends, market conditions and financial aid outcomes to inform strategy and expand and strengthen recruitment pipelines.

 

The ideal candidate brings significant, progressively responsible leadership experience in admissions, enrollment management, financial aid, or a related field, preferably in higher education, with a demonstrated record of developing and implementing successful recruitment and enrollment plans. They bring strong analytical and strategic planning skills, the ability to use data to drive decisions, experience with scholarship awarding and financial aid leveraging and a genuine commitment to access, student success and the recruitment of a diverse student body. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
