Annual Meeting Program Committee

The AACRAO Program Committee, led by a Chair and Vice-Chair, is responsible for selecting and scheduling educational sessions at the AACRAO Annual Meeting.

This volunteer committee ensures the meeting addresses the professional development needs of the AACRAO core constituency by curating session, roundtable, and workshop presenters across multiple interest tracks representing the AACRAO core competencies.

Organized into six topic-focused groups, Program Committee Coordinators oversee AACRAO Professional Activity Committee (PAC) leadership in soliciting proposals for the Annual Meeting, reviewing and selecting proposals for the Annual Meeting, as well as PAC succession planning, and reporting for the Board. Program Committee coordinators serve for a three year term, the Vice-Chair and Chair roles are one-year terms. The Program Committee provides essential on-site support for presenters and AACRAO staff to help deliver a seamless, high-quality Annual Meeting experience. Coordinators serve for a term of three years and vice chair/chair role is a two year term.
