ASCEND Coaches are top leaders in strategic enrollment management (SEM) and serve as mentors for participants in the program. In fostering and facilitating the growth of the emergent leaders in each ASCEND cohort, coaches are able to impart their wisdom and expertise to the next generation of top SEM professionals, stay up to date on the latest challenges and improve their skills as leaders, practitioners, and experts. Coaches serve for at least one year.
