SEM Your Way: Theory Leading to Practice

May 14, 2026

May 14, 2026 | 2:00-3:00 pm ET

Join us to learn how several post-secondary institutions moved from theory to practice in developing undergraduate Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) plans. In this session, we will explore the SEM frameworks that guided this work and hear directly from practitioners about their experiences designing and implementing their plans. We will discuss strategies to:

  • Keep your campus engaged in SEM planning.
  • Reduce planning fatigue by aligning and building on existing efforts.
  • Develop plans that are nimble, agile, and innovative.
  • Sustain momentum throughout the life of the plan.
  • Build effective SEM teams that strengthen institutional capacity, support enrollment health, and improve learner success.

This session is relevant for institutions at any stage of SEM planning.
