December 4, 2025 | 2:00-3:00 pm ET

Following three years of breakthrough results produced by NASH’s Transfer Student Success Networked Improvement Community (NASH NIC), NASH and AACRAO have partnered to accelerate the adoption of practices that are showing results in learner mobility. Launched in Summer 2025, the Learning Mobility Challenge asks institutions to participate in this work by contributing to a first-ever dataset regarding Time to Admissions Decision for transfer students, building a nationwide understanding of variability in processes that impact students. This session will reveal our initial learnings from the institutions who've submitted data and discuss what’s next for the Learning Mobility Challenge and how you and your institution will want to participate and the multiple ways you can benefit from this initiative before December 15. Phase II launches in January 2026 and utilizes Improvement Science methodologies for piloting solutions to reduce friction points, offering participants the chance to earn a micro-credential.
