This session is applicable to those with or without a strategic enrollment management (SEM) plan. Through the application of best practices derived from case studies, and analysis of enrollment trends, this interactive session will explore how to: keep your campus engaged in SEM planning; reduce planning fatigue by linking and extending other planning efforts; build a plan to be nimble, agile and innovative; sustain SEM energy throughout the life of the plan; and create effective SEM teams to build institutional capacity leading to enrollment health and improved learner success.
