Through memoranda 476, 480 and 483, the General Directorate of Schools (DGE) announced the start of registration for the first year of secondary education of the 2024 school year in the province of Mendoza .
It is very important that families and responsible adults who accompany students take into account the following schedule of instances:
First instance
Pre-registration by families or responsible adults in person at school.
- November 3 to 7 : corresponds to students with a disability certification; brothers and sisters of students already attending the school and student flag bearers and color guards.
- November 13 and 14 : students from shared buildings, students from nearby school buildings (300 meters) and students from the articulation nuclei.

Publication of assigned banks: on November 21, the list of students with assigned banks will be published. It is very important to review this list at school to know whether or not you should go to the next instance.
Second instance
New applicants.
- November 21 to 27: selection between 3 and 5 schools. This procedure is carried out under the responsibility of the families or responsible adult via GEM-PAD.
- December 5 : The assignment of banks called bullfight is carried out by the General Coordination of Educational Technology of the DGE.
- December 6 : publication of results.
- December 7 to 11 : possibility of rejecting the assigned vacancy. It is essential to carry out this procedure, since if the rejection is not finalized, the system will assume that the bank was accepted.
- December 12: final publication of the assigned banks.
Next instances
Once the first two instances have finished, those students who did not have the bank assigned or who rejected the vacancy will have two more instances:
Third Instance
Attention via Supervision.
- December 13 to 20 : If students were not assigned to a bench, families or responsible adults must go to the school supervision closest to their home.
Fourth Instance: attention via the Directorate of Secondary Education.
- December 21 to 29: the school government must guarantee a bank for all students according to vacancies that each school has after the previous instances.
It should be noted that to register, you must always present your DNI and Birth Certificate, original and copy.
